Blackberry Jam

Serves: 1 cup
 
Ingredients
  • 12 oz blackberries
  • ½ c coconut sugar
  • 1½ T fresh lemon juice
  • dash of salt
Instructions
  1. Pulse the blackberries in a food processor.
  2. Place in a sauce pan over medium heat along with the coconut sugar. Mix well.
  3. Reduce the mixture to about half, about ten minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and finish off with the lemon juice and dash of salt.
  5. Store in the refrigerator.
